This course is designed for users who have no previous knowledge of computing.

By the end of this course delegates will have an understanding of the principles of using a computer. They will be able to access the internet, send and receive email, type and print a simple document.

Classroom Training

This course is delivered as classroom training for a group of up to 8 delegates. It is held in Hatfield, easily accessible by road from areas like Harlow, Luton, St. Albans, Barnet, Stevenage, Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City. Hatfield is approximately 25 mins by train from London's Kings Cross station and on a direct route from London's Moorgate station.
