Who is it for?

This course is designed for users who have previously attended an Outlook introduction course or posses an equivalent level of knowledge.

What will they learn?

By the end of this course delegates will be able to manage their mailbox efficiently. They will be able to set up their own address lists and be able to send emails to groups of people. They will be able to  capture information from their colleagues easily using Voting buttons as well as set reminders using Flags. They will be able to attach files to messages and appointments as well as sending links to files that are stored in a shared location. They will be able to schedule meetings with their colleagues, as well as modify and cancel them.

Classroom Training

This course is delivered as classroom training for a group of up to 8 delegates. It is held in Hatfield, easily accessible by road from areas like Harlow, Luton, St. Albans, Barnet, Stevenage, Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City. Hatfield is approximately 25 mins by train from London's Kings Cross station and on a direct route from London's Moorgate station.
