Who is it for?

This course is designed for new users or those who have had no formal training in Outlook. It is important that the delegates have a basic knowledge of Windows as well as the ability to use a mouse and a keyboard.

What will they learn?

By the end of the course delegates will be able to send and receive email messages as well as organise their messages into folders. They will be able to store name and address information using Contacts as well as adding appointments to their calendar. They will be able to organise their work using the task list as well as being able to assign tasks to others.

Classroom Training

This course is delivered as classroom training for a group of up to 8 delegates. It is held in Hatfield, easily accessible by road from areas like Harlow, Luton, St. Albans, Barnet, Stevenage, Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City. Hatfield is approximately 25 mins by train from London's Kings Cross station and on a direct route from London's Moorgate station.
