Who is it for?

This course is designed for new users of Word, or those who have received no formal training. It is important to have a basic knowledge of Windows and be able to use a keyboard and a mouse.

What will they learn?

By the end of this course delegates will be able to create, save and print
word documents. They will be able to move and duplicate text either within
a single document or between a number of different documents.
They will be able to produce visually pleasing documents with a variety of formatting techniques. They will be able to add titles and page numbers to each page using headers and footers, as well as being able to produce well-ordered lists. They will be able to produce documents of a consistent standard using styles and templates as well as producing printed envelopes and labels.

Classroom Training

This course is delivered as classroom training for a group of up to 8 delegates. It is held in Hatfield, easily accessible by road from areas like Harlow, Luton, St. Albans, Barnet, Stevenage, Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City. Hatfield is approximately 25 mins by train from London's Kings Cross station and on a direct route from London's Moorgate station.
